What is ACE-031?
ACE-031 is an investigational protein therapeutic that builds muscle and increases strength by inhibiting molecules that bind to and signal through a cell surface receptor called Activin Receptor Type IIB (ActRIIB). ACE-031 is a recombinant fusion protein that joins a portion of the human ActRIIB receptor to a portion of a human antibody. This creates a freely circulating, decoy version of ActRIIB, which removes proteins, such as GDF-8 (myostatin) and other related molecules that limit the growth and strength of muscle.

The half life of Ace-031 is 10-15 days.

Even a slight decrease in myostatin would result in a dramatic increase in muscle mass, but it would also mean you would need more food to feed those muscles. Another problem is that our heart would continue growing since it is a muscle, and over time this could lead to heart failure due to having this organ work too hard. Besides, an unhealthy heart will hurt your gains in the long run. Furthermore, you could argue that your stomach would grow because you can’t control what muscles are affected. For instance, specific muscles might grow more significantly than others. For example, you can have a 50% increase in your glutes and only 20% in your delts.
ACE-031 Peptide dosage:
- Mix 1 ml water with each vial of ACE 1mg.
- One full insulin syringe of water.
- Only mix one bottle of each at a time and keep refrigerated once mixed.

Dosage :
